'London' is the answer ....but I'm really curious as to just how you get to university to study the subject without knowing the major capitals of Europe!! (unless you happen to be English, then that would explain everything, and you can then forgive me for having such a silly line of thinking.).

England is a region of the UK .The capital of the UK is London.Unlike Scotland it does not have it's own Parliament again yet.It lost it's Parliament when the Scottish and English ones united.
