I am two months pregnant and everyone keeps telling me not to worry about it because I thought I had a misscarriage and everyone said that if I did there would have been lots of bleeding and such is that true im not bleeding at all

I think your best bet would be seeing a professional doctor, not asking strangers on the internet. Good Luck! You shouldn't be taking those kinds of chances when you are pregnant.

Go to the doctor. Do not take anyone elses word. Unfortunately some miscarriages do not contain blood in the stool. Please get to the doctor as soon as you can. If there is nothing wrong then you are safe going to the doctor anyway. But if there is you need to know and have them do something. If you feel like there is something wrong listen to your body.

yopur best bet is to go get checked! even though i know there is alot of bleeding you stil need to get checked!!! becuase that a life your carrying and (god forbid) but if somthing is wrong maybe it can be caought!
