does the fuel regulater regulate the pressure or does the fuel pump? im getting conflicting comments bout this anybody know ? im supposed to have 11 lbs of pressure and how do i check ??

Yes the regulator regulates the fuel pressure. Hence the name! If you are wanting a little more umph from your 350 run your pressure at 15 lbs. Your stock regulator is not adjustable.

The regulator controls pressure. I dont think that blazer has a fuel port, but they make an adapter that goes in line where the fuel filter is. The adapter has a port on it to check pressure.
