Get a No Cost Phone Number Scan at https://biturl.im/aU236

Its a good way to start. The place lets you to do a no cost phone scan simply to find out if any telephone data is there. This basic alalysis is done without cost. For a full detailed report its a modest payment.

Here's Reverse / Whose Number Lookup page. If you're talking about cell phones, you usually have to pay for that. I've had pretty good luck just using Google a phone number to find out who's calling. If you are researching a quantity of numbers, though, I suppose, you might want a service. I can't imagine why the average person would need to research a quantity of numbers, though, so I assume this is business-related, and it then seems only fair that you pay for a service. But maybe it's not.

No, the vast majority of cell phones do NOT have a tracking device in them.
The cell company can find out the general area it's in IF it's being used at the time, by seeing which cell site it's sending to and receiving from -- depending on the density of cell sites, that area could be anywhere from a block or two up to many square miles.
Those shows on TV that show people tracking somebody by their cell signal -- just TV fantasy.
If you ask the cell company to try and locate it, they're gonna charge you...a lot :) Just call them and tell them it's lost, they'll deactivate it so nobody can run up your charges, and then get a new phone. Much cheaper and easier.

No, However your cellphone company can narrow its location by the closest antena that the phone is using if it is turned on and avtivated. This information can only be retrieved on the need to know basis, Usually the police, however it will not pinpoint it to a exact location unless your the only person within 1 mile or more of the located area.

No, they can't track the phone down. About the best they could do is narrow down the search if the phone was in use. That is the technology that the police use if you call 911 and can't talk.

yes, but I'm not sure it is for that reason, but say you call 911 and hang up, the authorities can find you because the phone is linked to a satellite for 911 purposes
