Kill with kindness. That always works good, the meaner the boss is the nicer I will be and that usually pisses them off even more because you are not playing the misery game by their rules.

I work a federal job so of I get a bad boss i cannot afford to just up and quit!!!! Nobody can make me quit!! I am not a quitter and you are probably not either. I would request a meeting with you boss and tell her calmly your feelings. maybe he or she has no idea how you feel. Also, kill them with kindness. Make yourself the better person with out kissing butt.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth you while!!

Get a spy cam from the kids section at Wal-Mart and make yourself a little video and one day just put it in her office with a note that says push play and don't leave your name or anything. Sometimes people are asses until they see themselves on tape and they don't even realize what they look like to others.

I use to sing to myself or hum. Kept a smile plastered on my face. I wouldn't let her have the satisfaction of knowing how p@ssed off I was at her. It wasn't worth it she would get on the phones and talk bad about you all over the office even if you are as good as gold. Kill them with kindness usually it just makes the enemy more angrier and they don't know how to handle that.

I had the same experience. I worked at the new Bloomingdales (for the discount, of course) and my boss totally had bipolar. She would be condescending, rude, and snotty. My co-workers and I had enough and stopped showing up. All 5 of us, it was sweet revenge and best of all I was able to get my Citizens at a discounted price, yay.

Take deep breaths, keep your head low and get your job done with as little interaction as necessary. Good luck in your job search. This sounds horrible.

interest pass... uncomplicated sufficient. If the boss retains dropping workers over yet another worker then they are going to positioned a end to them. in the event that they do no longer then they are no longer meant to be a chairman interior the 1st place.
