Any piece of clothing gets worn out the more you use it and this should apply to a bra too!
If your breasts are still in the growing stage, there could be a slight dimunition in their growth if you wear a bra constantly. You must be wearing one for at least 16 hours a day during your waking hours. Like other parts of the body, your breasts do need aeration and so give them a break by not wearing a bra when you go to sleep. If there are any special reasons, such as the home situation that makes it embarrassing to be seen without a bra, etc., then you can wear a thin cotton one at night. It is better to avoid wearing a bra made out of synthetic material, at all times.
Wearing a bra at night does not hurt the breasts unless some material used in the making of a bra proves harmful.

It can help you if your breasts are large, or if it makes you feel more comfortable than not wearing one. It really has no benefit, other than to make you more comfortable. So if it feels good, then wear it, otherwise leave it off. In any case, you should sleep without a bra at least a couple of times a week. Your skin & breast need time to streatch, relax, and breath. If your are wearing a bra 24/7 this natural process can't happen.
You may get less wear out from a bra if you wear it all day. Your best bet would be to get either a sleep/leasure bra or a sports bra to wear at night. This will help make your everyday bras last longer.

I don't think it will hurt anything, but it will most likely wear out the bra. And it can't be too comfortable..
