Almost any print or copy store will have cheap bindings for you. If you want to go expensive, go to a reprographics store and ask if they know of any places to get industrial binding, but you'll end up paying a whole lot for just one calendar. Your last alternative is to go to a crafts store and see if they have any sort of do-it-yourself binding system. This can be useful if you want to say that you made the whole thing by yourself.

Don't have your heart set on spiral binding, most calendars today are staple-bound. If you're any good at sewing, you could pick up some high-strength thread and sew a binding like they did with books in the old days. That way it could be truly unique for your father.

Go to Kinko's and ask them to drill holes and insert a comb to bind it. They probably have combs instead of spirals. The spiral is a single piece of wire that goes through all the holes, like a spiral notebook. The comb is like the binding on a cookbook that lies flat.

plan out the pages and take them to kinkos and ask them to make you a calendar....all you need to do is plan out 12 pages of pictures plus a title page.
