I just started using birth conrtol a week sand 2 days ago. I went over to my boyfriends house, and we really wanted to have sex. We did, and by accident he ejaculated inside of me. I really thought it was ok at the time, but know i'm kindof worried. Do you think i could get preganat or is 9 days enough time. Also, do you think i should go get the morning after pill?

Well, it's actually clinically proven to be safe to use the morning-after pill with the birth control pill--you just might feel wiped out. However, they say to use protection until a week after using the birth control pill consistently. It's just during the first week that you won't be fully protected. But if you've taken it every day as directed for 9 days now, then you should be fine.

As of August 24th, 2006, you are now allowed to get the morning after pill without a prescription. If you are 18 or over all that is required is a photo ID at the pharmacy counter. If you are 17 or under you have to have a note from a doctor. Call around to your local pharmacies first and see if they carry it, ask if they carry Plan B or another morning after pill, as many pharmacies still refuse to carry the pill. It's worth it for the peace of mind it can bring, but all the pills are is a concentrated dose of regular birth control pill hormones, and they are really only effective within 72 hours of the unprotected sex.

ive never taken birth control so im not too sure but i have heard it takes about a month to kick in completely. so maybe just to be safe...but i dunno if you should take the M.A.P. if you are on the pill already...lol. call a pharmacy or your local clinic and tell them what happened. when i was 16 my exboyfriends condom broke so i just called up the clinic and asked them what i should do. i ended up taking the pill, not a huge deal really. just dont leave the much time because the longer you wait the less effective it is. usually you want to take it at least 12 to 24 hours after at the very most 72 (3 days)

People don't "accidentally" ejaculate inside one another. Use a condom. You could get pregnant, as it usually takes about a month for pills to work. Good luck.
