it might be because your in the social lounge and they dont give points. before you go in go to the bottom of the screen and click on begain and choose a begainer room

should only be 2 reasons. one is u r playing unrated games, those do NOT affect the rating at all. or if u just started palying literati and have just a prov rating, it will give u a real rating after 20 games

Are you playing rated games? If so, there must be a glitch in the system. It sometimes happens, and the ratings eventually go through.
