Get a job, make some money, and with that money go to movies, the mall and shop for clothes with friends, play put put golf, or video games, the roller skating rink, get a guitar or drums and learn how to play, or go to the library and read. If you got a part time job, that would take up a lot of free time where you could be bored. Just make sure you have plenty of time for school also! It's very satisfying to be able to make your own money and buy whatever you want with it. Or, you could save up for a car. Cover your room with posters or decorate it your way. When I was a teen, I was never bored sitting around the house because I was always working, and I had a blast with friends, and had the freedom to spend my money how I wanted. Get involved with sports too at your school.

The mature thing to do would be to volunteer somewhere and help someone else out instead of sitting at home worrying about entertaining yourself. You'll get way more out of helping other people (or animals or something) than you will out of youtube. That being said - I like to play gin on yahoogames every once in awhile.

Find yourself a hobby. Something you like to do. Volunteering is wonderful, caring for your sister is important and an exceptional thing for you to do. But find time to do something for yourself. If you keep doing only for others you will burn yourself out. Equal out the balance.
