Misrepresented? Read your contract - Is s/he in violation of that?

No matter who you hire, attorneys reserve certain rights and actions to themselves. If they allow you to tell them how to handle every minute detail of the case, then they are in violation of the code of ethics. Likewise, they cannot ethically lie to the court about your case.

So what do you want this attorney to do that s/he won't do?

Contact the Bar assoc. and report him to the Bar Assoc. for un ethical behavior.
