No. Death is NEVER the answer. There is not a country in existance that does not have a bloody history (including our own). What baffles me is all of the self proclaimed Christians that feels that it is perfectly fine to MURDER another human being. Regardless of his sin it is not our place to judge nor murder. Yes, his crimes are horrific, but if everyone was MURDERED for their horrific crime very few of us would be here (our forefathers).

No. In spite of all the horrible things he did. I've been hearing good things about him. A male nurse (American) befriended him and describes one that read a lot of poetry fed pidgeons and cracked a lot of jokes. He asked his captor several times "Why did you INvade us".
Politics was the answer he got.
We have our own propaganda. Dehumanizing the man so much into being the worst monster since Stalin that the government gets everybody hyped up to rush off to Iraq and bring
this monster down. I'm not naive but then we're not lilly white
either. If you doubt the effectiveness of propaganda and Nationalism look at the behavior of young girls who enjoy watching his execution over and over again and all the gore with the greatest enjoyment.

Sadly yes, thou it does put to question my beliefs & whether I'd forgive him for all the atrocities he committed if I was a recipient of said atrocities? It makes one feel pretty lucky to live in North American with the freedoms we enjoy & lack of fear, unlike others in Iraq & other tyrannical countries who fear for ones life every second of the day !

Definitely, although I think he deserves much worse, (a slow painful death) they should at least televise it so everyone who wants can watch one of the cruelest dictators since Hilter die.

no not at all fair by any standered of justice, it was a revenge punishement, an enemy (USA) used the shoulders of an other enemy(shiates of Iraq) to murder their joint enemy , adopting degrading methods of maximum insult to a captive prisoner.

He deserved much worse, but honorable people cannot do the things that Saddam did to his victims. Justice belongs to God.
