Why they don't show good things that are happening there.
In South Africa almost everybody has electricity at home ,clean water supply ,motorways of high quality .You don't often meet South Africans that left their country because of hunger ,crime still a problem in some places but government and its people try very hard to combat this .Some big sport events have been held there,e g ,rugby world cup 1995 and cricket 2003 world cup.
Botswana is a country with much growing economy .Egypt, morocco,Mauritius and other african countries
attract many tourists. But this brodcasting corporation only shows femine ,wars ,corruption and crime. why? That is a demeaning of african dignity because if an African meet European in his/her own country he/she just think of an Asylum sicker/criminal .That's very bad .What do you say .

Happens all the time. For instance, I heard all kinds of crazy sh!t about Mexico, but I didn't have any problems when I was an exchange student there. If you look at the State Department's warnings about dangerous countries for tourists, they probably wouldn't even recommend that US citizens travel to Canada!

It's ridiculous how countries are so down on other countries in their news coverage. Remember the news editor's adage: "If it bleeds, it leads." Good news is relegated to the "feel good" bit at the end of the broadcast...if at all.

It's too bad that Africa is known mainly by the atrocities going on in some areas. I guess it's more important to know about Darfur because it's full of danger and genocide and torture...but I agree that news isn't particularly balanced. I've seen a lot of news pieces on, say, celebrities that could easily be shoved aside to focus on good news from around the world.

But it's not just a prejudice against Africa.

On a pro's and con's list I'm sure you will find not enough Pro's and the Con's are flooding out the jails.Cricket and rugby. What percentage of the population supports that? A few whities can not save Africa by themselves and the blacks are too busy feeling sorry for themselves.

Africa's big problem is that they just can't seem to elect good leaders.(apart for one N.M.). They still see political parties as tribes and will stay loyal at any cost. That is not the way democracy works. There is no swing vote.

World War II was not that long ago, relatively speaking, but Europe and America have grown from the experience and risen from the ashes without help from anybody. I hope that Africa can do the same.

Africa don't need help they need an attitude change.

I sympathize with your desire to have a infant yet this could be a bad, undesirable undesirable thought! Legally: no longer in basic terms can your pal get fired if caught, in maximum places this could be a legal. and you're an adjunct. except you want to have somewhat one in penal complex, forget it. Biologically: there's a reason in vitro fertilization is a low yield proposition: The situations do no longer want impregnation. it somewhat is the reason it in many situations takes quite a few tries. permit's settle for it - the "customary" way of fertilization in many situations takes a quite a few tries (on elementary). Ethically: people who donate sperm accomplish that decrease than very strict situations and decrease than the coverage that their genetic textile would be used accurately. they have a real to have that expectation fulfilled. And what could you tell your infant? That they have been the made from against the regulation? Please re-examine.
