There is a spray paint that will bond to plastic which can be obtained at most hardware stores. There is a commercial every summer showing folks spraying their plastic lawn furniture and how the paint doesn't peel off. I think the company name is Krylon, but I'm sure the hardware store will know for sure.

There is an excellent product out there that can make anything look new again! It's called money!
If your plastic tub arleady turning yellow, cracking and crumbling is not far behind!
Just buy a new one!
