You get it after completing the last reward card. The BMW GTR.

The one that you got back from Razor? In storymode, you lose it. Permanantly. What happens is that you're being chased by Cross.
But you crash into a wall and the car is totaled. You must start out with a terrible car....... AGAIN!!!
