Of these three Universities, which is, overall, the best in your opinion?

Oxford. Pretty easy.
I'd prefer UCLA too being from Southern California, but best overall, I have to choose Oxford cuz it's academic rep (and the most important part IMO) is so superior.

Overall, with no doubt, it's Oxford University, which is top 5 in the world. Peking University is one of the two best universities in China and has a great reputation there. UCLA is also a great school, but in California, Stanford, Caltech and UCB are better than UCLA.

UCLA for the weather, Oxford for the tutorial teaching system, Beijing for the food!!

I guess they're all good. It may come down to what field of study you want to do. Personally, I would pick ucla just because it's in a very nice part of LA.
