How old are these so-called children? Teenagers and many adults don't understand the consequences of inappropriate acts. The loser is usually the mother and new-born child. Someone needs to teach these children such behavior will lead to a life of misery if a child is conceived. Raising a child is a life long commitment. Children need a loving home with TWO parents and lots and lots of MONEY. Yes, you can still love a child without having money but it will make life a whole lot easier to live.

no, CHILDREN should not have sex, but they should know about it. There is no sence in them walking around in this day and age not knowing what goes on in their bodies.
You don't have to give them a full talk at the age of 5, but you shouldn't lie and say sex is dirty, bad, wrong and nasty. Or tell them some stupid story about a stork or a cabbage patch..
Be honest with your children and they will resect you more...lie to your children and you lose trust with them...
