Tell your girlfriend to suck it up!!!! I happen to hate one of my best friend's boyfriends, but if I want to hang out with my friend, I have to hang out with her loser boyfriend.... especially on BIG occassions, such as this. It's your birthday, and people should quit thinking about themselves and think about YOU!!!... PS, Happy Birthday!!!! :-D

BOTH. Spend some time with her before or after the party.
but if shes mad at you for still going to the party w/ the girl then try to get her to come but honestly i dont think she would have a good time if she doesnt like someone there.
Or you can just choose who you would rather spend your birthday with.
If the girl your gf doesnt like KNOWS that she doesnt like her then tell your best friend about it, maybe he can help out.

That is sad that your girlfriend is making you choose between her and your mate, which she is by not at least tolerating your mates girlfriend.
It's YOUR birthday, and you do what you want. If you think you will have more fun with your mate, then go out with them. Or spend the day with your girlfriend then go out with your mate at night and invite your GF along.

Dam if she was the one doing a party for you none of this will be going on, But since she is not and you are doing the party then she has to live with it. Another thing that's high school stuff " i wont go cause she is going to be there" Please on your day she should save that attitude for a other day by the way, Happy Birthday

Don't lie, whatever you do. Honestly is what holds relationships together and, if its broken, can lead to her not trusting you for a very long time. Now, about your situation, I think you should hang out with her before the party if she doesnt want to come, than hang out with your friends at your party. Don't bail on your friends because of your gf and dont bail on your gf because of your friends.

If you know your girl friend dislikes your best mate.....how did you think she was going to respond..........
you can hangout with each separately.......but one relationship has more meaning for you.......that is how you should choose your future
you would not party with a people you dislike......so you created a situation where she had to through a fit....cause you thought she might just go along...............if you did the invite........and it backfired.............her being upset is your fault.....not hers
be a man.....make choice

If your gf doesn't want to go, then you should go out without her. Its your birthday. I truly believe in compromise, but if it could ruin the night by having your gf there it's not worth it. Go it alone and have fun.

Your girlfrirnd needs to grow up and stop being so selfish! It's your birthday not hers... tell her to be a woman and suck it up for a few hours!!!
Plus if she's this picky about who she wants coming to hang out with you on YOUR birthday, she's liable to hurt for leaving without her.
Watch out, she doesn't seem like a stable girl lol

Neither of you have to go anywhere or do anything with anyone you don't like.
Why don't you have two birthday parties? Let her give the second one for you.
