Interpret your dreams the way YOU want them to mean. That's how they work. If you interpret them positively, they'll most likely have positive outcomes/consequences! If you interpret them negatively, they'll most likely have negative outcomes. Trust me; I know what I'm talking about.
You could also analyze the events going on in your life, or your thoughts or wishes and such. Dreams have a lot to do with that. Catching a skunk?... Hmm...I'm not quite sure! :D
Sweet dreams ;)

it probably means you need to change that glade plug-in.
No, seriously. Dreams are memory reconciliation. When you sleep, your mind goes through all the events/thoughts/sights/smells/etc of that day and decides what's important, and what's not. Durring this process, random pieces are pulled out by your sub-conscience and then made into a story.
So, what it means is at somepoint in that day, you saw a skunk or something that looked like a skunk, or smelled something like a skunk, or did somthing that reminded you of a skink, and also did something in your house (e.g. walked through it) and your mind pulled those 2 events, along with some others, and made a story of you chasing a skunk around ur house.

To see a skunk in your dream, suggests that you may be driving people away or turning people off? Alternatively, it indicates that all is calm about a certain situation but you do not necessarily like it or agree with it?
To see a house in your dream, represents your own soul and self.
To dream that you are chasing someone, signifies that you are attempting to overcome a difficult goal or task. You may also be expressing some aggressive feelings toward others.

This dream could mean that you know there is simply something deeply wrong, yet not malicious or evil, very close to you (the skunk is obviously the intruder although it doesn't seem evil or bent upon destroying anything). You also feel it is just beyond your reach so you keep on trying. You probably have a lot of stress and, even though it may not be enormously troubling, it is still awry from your comfort and you want to be comfortable.

house = individual, church, acts 16:31, 1 chronicles 17:5. I could not find skunk as a symbol in the book called understanding the dreams you dream by Ira Milligan. skunk = carnivorous, dispicable person, to defeat overwhelmingly by keeping from scorn, to cheat as by failing to pay. Websters dictionary. Has anyone done the skunk behavior to you??? Then thats why the skunk showed up in your dream.

How did you feel while you were trying to catch the skunk and throughout the dream? Were you feeling frustration?
Like you had to get rid of something that was unpleasant?
Ask yourself some key questions and parallel that to what's going on in your life. I would guess without really knowing you that it means something unpleasant has interfered in your normally pleasant life and your trying to get hold of it.

Skunk in your dream represents urges and spontaneous feelings which may not respond in the way you, or your social training, may wish

I dont know but you could keep a "Journal" of your dreams and then go back, at a later date to see how much of it has been related to your real life , or those around you... I'm a firm believer in the whole "Dream Thing"... Since, I became a "Born-Again" Christian, 22 years ago... In the bible Joseph, was givin' to the Pharoah's People, (because his brother's were jealous of their father's favoritism towards Joseph), and they came back and brought Joseph's coat of many colors, with an animal's blood on it, to lie to their father that he'd been hurt & killed by an animal.. Well, while under the Pharoah, he started gaining "Favor" in Pharoah's eyes for prophecying to him through his dreams.. and in turn became the Pharoah's righthand man... Its a beautiful story.. And he even got to see his father before he died.. And basically played a little bit of a game on his brothers who betrayed him, the way they did... But, it was through his dreams that he got out of being just another servant... So, if I were you, I'd get you one of those cute little book/type of journal's and just begin to write down your dreams and later on in a month or so see how many of them are like your life, or things involved in your life.. Wouldn't that be cool, to find out that your a Prophet, yourself, and that alot of your dreams came true, ooh sounds so fun to me!!! Hey you have fun, hun, for me!!! Smile!!!!
