Umm, no. I'm assuming you are trying to upgrade your old PC that has USB 1.1.

Well if that's the case, you can't just download a driver to make it 2.0. You have to buy a PCI USB 2.0 add-in card for your PC. I believe the minimum requirement on some cards is Windows 98 SE, but you should double-check. Some manufacturers don't supply any drivers at all.

If you have a newer PC and it does have USB 2.0, then go to the manufacturer's site who designed the 2.0 card that you have (or for the motherboard if it's integrated).

For what device??? If you need the drivers for the USB controller that is built in to your motherboard, you can find the motherboard make and model on the motherboard itself and go to their website and type in the model to find drivers.
