...The people you obtained your searching documents at Section 8 or HUD, can give you a current list of Apt properties that accept Housing type of tenants. Irvine would be a very skinny list. If any at all.

I take it you mean low income Housing? There is a list of apartments on Irvine City Hall's website:

I see these questions often, and I try to answer them when I see them. Just call a apartment locator service, it is free for u the property pays them, when u move in, go to the grocery store, a free paper rack area and get a apartment guide, in there u will see apt. locator ads call tell the locator u r on housing, tell them what location u want, rental amount, size of apt. etc. they will give u property names locations, and phone numbers of all in the location u want, it makes it so much easier for u, good luck and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
