The Express website, expressfashion.com, has a feature in which you can choose tops and bottoms and put together an outfit, unfortunately you cannot order clothes through the website. There are also numerous sites on which there are outfits already preset and they give you a list of the items in the outfit. Oldnavy.com, Nordstroms.com, Bluefly.com, and net-a-porter.com all have this feature.
