Because of the Israeli grip of the US media which relentlessly slanted the news, and spewed the propaganda. Read "The Greatest Story Ever Sold" authored by Frank Rich.
This land needs to get rid of of the Nazi-israel influence which will then automatically evaporate all the terror in the world.

Who knows, many reasons. What I want to know is this, how do we identify terrorists from civilians or any other ordinary person? Global war on terror my rear end. It lets the government look, listen and touch anyone anywhere with little or no evidence of any kind of wrongdoing. Big Brother is doing what it wants. We are a bunch of fools being led to the slaughter by our government and big business.

Because people are ignorant and they don't question!
There is no such thing! Terrorists are usually individuals, not governments, and most feel they have an Axe to grind, and we have been providing a lot of axes lately!
What the government likes about a "War on Terror", there is never an end so they write blank checks to be paid off by me and you!

That is nothing compared to the farce of Global Warming.
(The USA is doing it's part on the global war on terror. Other countries will get serious after they get attacked. Except for the liberals of the world.)

Who is being fooled? The terrorists want to put an end to the Western way of living. If the rest of the world doesn't support the US, that might actually happen.
