Inuyasha has blood in the later episodes. fruit baskets is awesome. Just read the manga and don't watch the anime. Ouran Highschool Host Club was a really really good one. No violence at all. Just a lot of stupidity along the way.

I think midori days is probably one of the best series. There are no guns at all, a guy whos only fighting is to defend honour, and a girl who is so madly in love with this guy that her only wish is to be with him - so much so that she becomes his right hand.
So then they both have to deal with the fact that they now are part of one another, one voluntarily, the other not so thrilled by the idea.
Great story, very funny at times, no violence. Almost a perfect anime 8/10

-Ouran High School Host Club
-Perfect Girl Evolution (The Wallflower)
-Full Moon wa Sagashite
-Nana is neither bloody and contain any violence, but it's still rated OT for "Older Teen 16 and up".
-Hana Yori Dango (Boys over Flowers)

If you can find it (I don't believe it has been licensed in the US), Victorian Romance Emma is a wonderful historical romance.

Maison Ikkoku is a terrific one, if you like to laugh a ton. Marmalade Boy is good, too. Not certain of anything current
