I'm afraid I don't know, but it definitely wasn't Skylab - that came back to earth in 1979, and the Berlin wall fell later that year in November.

Either, "Skylab", the first real orbiting satellite/space station - or the "Berlin Wall".
Think "Skylab" was earlier and the two Germanies were re-united in 91, I think, so probably the Berlin Wall.
