In the past many people have been sent to prison for stealing food when hungry. How many steps away are you from stealing, burglary, robbery and the likes?

I'm a long way from being starving enough to steal. I think I could always find some kind of job to "pay" for what I eat.
That being said, it was the actor/director John Huston who once said - and I paraphrase - "most people are fortunate in that they never have to discover that in the right circumstances, they are capable of anything."
That's kinda deep........and true.

Thankfully I am nowhere near in this position, but here's what it would take for me...
1. Both my husband & I were incapable of working.
2. No family or friend was able to help us.
3. then the welfare office goes out of business, because there is no way I wouldnt qualify for government help at the point.
But I guess if welfare didnt help us provide the basics for our selves and 2 children, and I am talking about food and shelter, then I would shop lift to take care of my kids.(I cant imagine robbing someone or breaking into someones house, I never would, but to swipe a bananna or 2 yeah maybe) But again, help is available, people just need to know how to get in touch with the resources.

It depends also on who or what it is from. How many people have pirate videos/programs?
It is a serious subject that isn't fantastically understood though.
Maybe amnesia and social difficulties I couldn't cope with.
This is where people think they are different by nature, rather than by behaviour.

No way, Man!!! The bible even says God will always make a way out for us , in order to not commit , or give in too "Temtation" So, my answer is God shall provide All of mine & my children's needs according to His riches & Glory by Christ Jesus!!! Smile!!
