my parents got married in July the previous year. I'm not sure if my parents got married because my mom was pregnant. Or I was conceived after my parents got married.

Since you were a full term baby you should have been conceived in July..

You had to be conceived in the early month of July maybe the very end of June. Depends on if you were early or late also.

I would say June because you are pregnant 10 months but you do not find out until you are a month usually. So that would leave nine months.

Assuming you weren't premature, count 2.5-3 months past your birth month = June or July.
