Is that metaphorical, similar to giving the milk away for free (ie...'hey, I give up!')?
OR
Metaphorical as in 'some bloody cow of a person desperately needs butchering'?
OR
An actual, literal, cow heart?
If it is the last option, I'll take it. My students will have a blast comparing the walls of arteries and veins...

I hear the testicles are great...does it have any? I had tongue before and it was really good roast beef...my friends dad was a butcher and i thought it was RB or I would have never tried it...and the balls really are supposed to be a delicacy.

Did you see that part in Napoleon Dynamite where the guy is in the field getting ready to shoot his cow...just as he gets his gun all positioned and ready to shoot a bus load of kids drive by as the shot is fired. They all scream. Sorry...flash back. No thanks don't want any of your cow parts.
