do not apologize for the "e" at the end of grille ; stateside it is an acceptable "posh" way to spell the name of an establishment; making our dream even a funnier impossibility!

How about Dicey Rileys Wild Irish saloon - get a theme going with traditional Irish stew and Guinness. You could serve that traditional Irish cocktail - half a potato floating in the blackstuff
