My Netgear WPN824 router keeps saying "The Connection to Your Router Is Not Available" when it is connected.

Question

I have gone through the setup wizard for my Netgear WPN824 and followed all the instructions. I constantly get this problem no matter how many times I try. The setup says "The Connection to Your Router Is Not Available". This cannot be possible because the necessary lights and connections for the modem and router have been carried out. I have also disabled my firewall and internet security software so it cannot be this. Please could you find the solution to this problem and show me how to fix this as soon as possible. Many thanks

Yes when i connected my netgear router i had to contact my isp ,they had to do something there,not sure what.Only thing i did to get connected tho and it worked.Give it a try.

have u tried calling your internet service provider ? the problem could lie with them ...
