Yup, I stayed in a 8 year, loveless, physically & mentally abusive relationship because I had nowhere to go.
One rainy day though something just clicked in my brain and I packed up & moved back to my home town...and believe me it was the last place I wanted to go. But I did and thank God I did.
Now 6 years later, I am in a happy loving relationship with a great guy and a wonderful 3 year son.
As far as your situation, reach out to family and friends and tell them what you are going through. You may have to stay at your parents or on a friends couch for a bit but if it gets you your sanity back DO IT!!!
Just remember this:
Life is too short not to laugh

Good Luck!

I am in one now. we are 27 years apart . I am a cross dresser and while she deals with that just fine, she is kind of jealous that I dress better than her. The worst part though is all she does is complain that she has to clean the house while I am going to school or work. She does not understand that I am trying to better our lives. We have been together 8 years and while she says she loves me she seems to despise me . Yes there are relationships like that and I wish I could leave sometimes but then again I love and despise her too!!!

It's ok.. Always have some hope! I can feel what you're going through.. Well, i've never been through this situation before, but you try to be stronger and just leave as soon as you save money.. I know it may be hard, but it needs courage from you. Good luck :)

Yes, I did this. I was in a bad relationship for 20 years. When I got a job, and the church he went to paid our rent, yet again, I was able to take my money and get the heck out of there. I haven't looked back since then. I now have someone that is the total opposite of my jerk of an ex and we plan to get married this year!

I'm sorry about your relationship. I don't have any helpful advice but I decided to try and cheer you up by leaving a nice answer!
Just remember, once you fight through the dark, you'll find the light.

A friend of mine went to a lawyer and got a child support order and then left. Another one applied for welfare, etc. as if her boyfriend had gone and she didn't know where and eventually they went after him too for child support and it didn't effect her benefits. The system gave her child care while she studied nursing and got a good job.

Perk up! If you need to get out that badly call a family member or a friend and see if you can stay with them for a little while, don't put your self through that!!!

Absolutey NOT. I have no patience with someone who says they're "trying" to do this or that. It sounds like an excuse. If you haven't cried Wolf in the past, people will help you.
