Since one meter is about 39 and 3/8'', two meters is 79 and about 3/4''. Of course the answer in metric is 200 centimeters.

PS - "Wurm" is right in 'metrics' - 200 centimetres/2000 millimetres (not the order of the 'e' + 'r' after the 'met, for metrics and the world outside the USA!)
