How does a small company like Kids Bop or best jams get all of the orginal artists approval to make money off of pre-made songs?

i have no idea.
but it sucks.
its like all these stupid little kids trying
to be stars.its retarded and it ruins the good
songs that are out there.

The artists agree because its getting more publicity for them.
Some people are like WOW. This is a good song, i wonder who REALLY sings it, because these kids suck. so they go, look it up and BAM they buy the orginial CD, therefore giving stingy artists more money when they should be donating it to the Salvation Army or an organization like that.
