You would create a dimensional rift into which your spleen and your left front tire would disappear. You can live without a spleen, but you're better off to just leave the lights off.

Where can I get a car like yours?

Well according to Einsteins theory, If I was in front of you driving at near speed of light, and you turned on your headlights, I would see the light instantaneously. I thought you would see the light creep up towards you, like a faster car approaching a slower one. So I hope that answers your question.

The headlights would still go because your car is moving and so it is pushing sound/light ahead of it, so the headlight light would go twice the speed of light. If you want proof, listen next time an ambulance passes your house. When its coming towards you, it is pushing the sound waves faster and closer together, resulting in a higher pitch than when it passes you, letting sound waves take their normal frequency.

The speed of light relative to what? If you could go the speed of light, it wouldn't look any different than normal. It's all about relativity. Light moves at speed c relative to the observer.
