Any doctor would not perform this surgery unless they were sure you were mature enough to handle the conseqences of it. Which in turn you would be an adult and you would be finished growing.
However, when the augmentation is done, they do not remove tissue. The Tissue actually helps to enhance the effect of an implant.
There are multiple ways of implanting the implant. Under the muscle or on top of muscle and tissue. The breast tissue is still there, therefore the breast would continue to grow.
Hopes this helps.

Well, if your body is not done growing yet, then yes, they will grow underneath and possible cause real problems.

I was near flat chested through high school and when I graduated at 17, I might have been a 30 B. Then, I went on birth control and by the time I was 19, I was a 32 D...now, I weigh a bit more and I am a 36 DD. I am sooo glad I never got implants, because that would just be too much.

im not sure if this is truely rite but ive read that your breasts stop growing around 18-20 years old and if you do want implants you should wait until the natural growing process has ended before considering it. but i guess if you do have implants they will grow afterwards if you havent developed naturally.

Uh, very weird question. BUT, from a medical point of view I don't think Females should even consider breast implants until they are finished developing. To answer your question, no they don't.

yes and if your family genetics allow for it, you could need a sign up front that says CAUTION WIDE LOAD FOLLOWS, cosmetic enhancement is not allways desireable, nor do you hear about the ones that are failures. go to a video store and find a movie entitled BREAST MEN and watch the entire movie, for once hollywood got it right

No. Any doctor would not do the procedure unless he or she were fully confident that the breast tissue is fully grown.

Small boobs are nice, don't think that every guy wants a huge watermelon. I think small means petite and more feminine.
