The approach that always worked for me was go into the test as if it is no big deal. If you don't do well, you can always take it again. It always worked for me! I didn't really feel that way, but if you stress too much, you can psych yourself out.

I had the same problem too, you can either go to a Dr. and get a script for Klonipin .5mg or you can go to walmart and get Valerian Root. I would take one one night to see how you react to it; it did not make me tired, but I know of others who have been. I had to take about 3 before the test for it to work. Read the instructions; each brand has a different dosage.

i always excersize before i study.
it actually really really does help. i can study something, and remember it right away when i go over it again. it like gets your mind pumping so you remember it a whole lot easier. for me anyways...and you can just count to 10 slowly inhaling, exhaling before you take a test, and tell yourself that you can do it, bcuz u soo can!

Never, ever study for standardized tests, becuase the material is stuff you should know already.

i think every one goes through this im scared on all tests i blank out and forget the matriel
