My company gives me a verizon phone on THEIR account, so I have no control over the plan or the carrier. I just want to keep my calendar on the same device as the phone.

I don't care about email, but I want to sync my calendar with my PC (with data cable or bluetooth) WITHOUT getting a data plan.

They don't mind (or won't know) if I buy my own phone and switch it, but changing the plan is not an option.

the only *current* Palm OS device with Verizon is the Treo 700p. Its a great device.

I'm actually going to buy a Treo 700p (with Sprint). It has strong reception, easy to use software, doesnt lock up like that POS 700w, a great browser and battery life. the keyboard is a little small, but its OK. Remember, i am going to personally buy a 700p and I am VERY phone savvy.

The Treo 700 will do exactly what you are asking for, without a data plan. However there are several phones that have the calendar / windows sync capability without having to go to a Treo if you want a different phone.
