Which 3 countries have the best reputation in the Middle East. leaving Israel out? I mean in UAE, Saudi, Oman, Qatar, Iraq, Iran etc. and why?

I am not talking about what kind of Middle East Countries have. I mean does France have a good reputation in the Middle East, USA, Norway, Uk, Germany, Italy etc.
Please give me 3 and why.
