*lol* Actually I am asking for this person:

As she seems to think it is appropriate to feed her 7 weeks old babyfood instead of just more formula. Because "Formula isn't filling her up"

I do breastfeed. I also think "Ski-Kitten" is a bit of an @ss. And I am a pretty rabit lactivist.

We go through JUST over one can a week. Our formula only comes in one size powdered can (Alimentum) it's a 16 oz can.

My daughter is 4 months old and weighs 12lbs. 5 oz.

:)

We go through about 2 cans( the smaller ones) a week with our 6 month old. He's on Good Start. He wieghs about 18 lb and is very healthy. Who cares if you formula feed as long as your baby is happy and Healthy??? Some of us couldn't breastfeed and trust me our kids are still as smart as the ones who's moms think they are better than the rest of us just because they breast feed.

My baby is 8 months now, and we are going through about a case (liquid concentrate) of formula per week. I live in Canada and the stuff I get is $25 per case. She's about 20 pounds now, and eats three meals a day, and has about 4-8 oz bottles of formula per day.

Don't let people make you feel bad for switching to formula.... formula fed babies still go to Harvard :)

Mine is 16 months now and no longer on formula, but when she WAS on formula she went through one of the smaller cans every 5 days, or the larger cans every 12 days. Sorry, I don't remember the exact sizes but they only came in 2 different sizes for Enfamil. We had her on Enfamil Lipil. She was right at the 50th percentile for weight.

I don't formula feed. I do what is right for my child and breastfeed.
