Although I have read several places, the best sleep is between 10 pm and 2 am, I would say the amount you get is more important than the time it starts.

If you need to go to sleep at 9 to get your required amount of sleep, then that is the healthy time. Lack of sleep is not only unhealthy, but can be dangerous if you are driving.

As long as you are getting enough sleep, it doesn't matter whether you go to bed at 9 at night or at 3 in the afternoon. Most people need a minimum of 7 hours of good sleep a day... more in the teen years.

It's not about what time you go to sleep. Just as long as you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each day.

Everyone is different. It depends on your schedule, and personal body rhythms.
It is BEST to go at the same time as much as possible, and as long as you feel rested & energetic in the morning, you're fine.
