when i touch my scrotum sack it feels tight. Also it causes my genitals to hurt. genitals feel like they are in the bottom of my stomach. what are the reasons?

Do what I just did. Damp a wash cloth. Heat in microwave for 15 to 30 seconds. Then gently apply to which ever testicle has more pain and discomfort. I literally felt my scrotum relax 30 seconds later. I suffer from this maybe twice a year.

It is normal. When the temperature is too high, the scrotum relaxes to help the balls cool, and when it is cold, it retracts. Pretty cool, huh? Hey, enjoy the testicle hump..the girls love guy with big balls.

see a doctor immediately. Could be testicular torsion. If untreated you can become sterile.
The other possibility is that you're so confused about yourself that you've mistaken your vagina for testicles.
