you piss me off.. taking care of kids in other countries, and not here?? You were born here correct?? what is u"re problem with the country that has given you everything????

Possibly the thinking is that if this country gave everything, that they should not only give back here [as they already do] but also in other countries where there are no opportunities.

I understand your frustration that Americans don't have it all together themselves. However in some countries in Africa people do not even have running water, they are starving, they're in civil wars, etc. Too many times African nations go overlooked! Why are you worrying about what someone else is doing with their money??? Oprah is the greatest!

I agree. people give money and adopt foreign children .
our children here need is just as bad.
