You can dine with the Disney Characters at any of the Resorts or Theme Parks at Walt Disney World. Here's a list of all the restaurants that offer Character Dining, breakfast specifically...

1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at EPCOT
Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort
Cinderella's Royal Table at the Magic Kingdom
The Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom
Garden Grove Cafe at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort
Hollywood & Vine at the Disney-MGM Studios
'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort
Restaurantosaurus at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park

Hope I could help!

Go to the Disney World site and browse through the listings of character meals. They are all over the place, in many of the larger hotels, and all the parks. the site allows you to also get a sample menu and let you know who you can expect to see. Chef Mickeys is the best for dining with Mickey, Donald, Goofy, etc. Plus if you are looking for family atmosphere, its also the best and liveliest. I actually really enjoy 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. Its a little classier, a Little quieter, but still very "elbows on the table" We were there for my daughters birthday and they made such a fuss over her. the Alice in Wonderland characters all came around to our table several times, as did Tigger, Pooh and Mary Poppins The food was wonderful too, with something for everyone. But definitely go checkout the Disney site, it will help you decide what is best for you and your group. Please be advised that if you are going during one of the busier times of the year(mainly the weeks surrounding Christmas and pretty much the month of April) you need to book your character meals almost four months in advance. They fill up fast.

Log onto Disney.com and check out all of their Character meal options.
I would recommend the following. I can't tell by your question if you are visiting the parks. Here are a few options at the Resorts.
Call early they all book up. I love the character breakfast at the Polynesian. I would also recommend the breakfasts at the Grand Floridian, and the Contemporary. The Beach Club also has a fun clam bake with the characters.
It really depends on which characters you would like to see and if you are going to be on the park.

Have a wonderful time! and check out the link!

Pack of idiots!!!!! There isn't a Disney land in Florida it's called Disney World.

I had dinner at the Place with characters but that was in 1977 but that's a story and I won't bore you.

Restaurantosaurus !!!!! Check the link

Summary from site:
Dig into Donald's Prehistoric Breakfastosaurus! Join Donald and his fossil-digging pals as they invite you to take part in a delectable buffet each morning. Feed your dinosaur-sized hunger while enjoying a once-in-an-eon opportunity to meet your favorite Disney Characters. Explore the all-you-care-to-eat offerings that feature fresh favorite fare.
