They should... like have an arrow pointind towards the right end. But they don't know that both ends look the same and you have to take five minutes looking for the right end.

I agree, it's the strangest thing. It's like, there's a 50/50 chance you'll open it on the right end on your first try, but it NEVER happens!!!!!!! Also when I sometimes start off with the right end, I get discouraged and think that I have the wrong one, so I try to get the other end open, only to realize that I had it right the first time! >:- ( Can't win! LOL I think that they load them in the wrong way or something, just to irritate the world.
