I live in the DFW area. Where is a good place to go to find a cute top for going out? My best friends birthday is coming up and I'd like to wear a cute new shirt. I was going to go to Cato or Fashion Bug. Any other suggestions?
P.S. We'll be at a bar to hear a band play.

Forever 21 is the best! North Park Mall in Dallas has a 2 story Forever 21 which is great and the Parks mall in Arlington has one also... but they're pretty much everywhere now and have the cutest tops...great if you want something hot and stylish at a low price.

I'd try going to a place like Forever 21 or H&M and checking out your options there before spending any big bucks. They have lots of cute tops and you won't have to spend too much at all to get one or 2 or 3 or 4! *giggle*

Go to H&M. It is fairly inexpensive and has the latest fashions and trends (As close as you can get without spending $500)
Europeans are always ahead of us, and there are even a bunch of H&Ms in Europe.
Some of the stuff looks a little weird, but if worn with confidence you will stand out and look HOT!

I would recommend Forever 21, but I personally can't stand the atmosphere. I think you should try A&F or Hollister. If you life near a Rhuel No.125, go there but it might be really expensive.

when i was in DFW, my friend took me to a store called electrique boutique. it's a stripper store, but they have lots of cute going out tops, shoes, and outfits. they also have a site:

American Eagle and The GAP have the best and cutest clothing choices!! Also Victoria's Secret has some nice tops among all the lingerie.

i would say....forever 21, express, department stores (teen section), wet seal, delias, h&m....places like that.
if you really are on a strict budget....i found this really cool book called "Generation T" by megan nicolay, which shows you how to make a bunch of different shirts out of regular cotton tee shirts....and it's not that hard at all.
