These answers cover the idea. Also a 10 points I taught in a
one year assistant economics at Ivy League Varsar class. A
top secretary keeps her investors at bereft in some cases. Set a similar number as a cap investment say 2500. Each time you
excede this set amount keep a meeting with an insurer of top
investments. This is to satisfy one condition insured earnings.
Now use their work sheet to keep good stead. 6 points up are
electric, gas, oil(auto also), rugs and repairs, food, housing.
This call the budget of house, and ask for a topical name.
Here is where you can get member rates. While in member
options these three, banking, expenses, gifts. This is a small
notebook we can call personal expense record. These ten
notes are brought up to your 2500(adjust to your ideal funds)
and kept some note in order on such a full size notebook.
Monthly totals is the usual working information. Do not carry
over any projects, make any concessions, nor any loans or
receiverships in this 6 point area. Keep lower loans and
project costs in personal as well. This is called a personal
recorded budget expense report. Valid in many membership
warehouses as a management stock. read on

Try http://www.openoffice.org -- They have the equivalent to many of Microsoft's Office programs. Their equivalent to Excel would be "Calculator". On Microsoft's website, you can download Excel templates (for free, I believe) that will help you manage your bills and others for balancing your budget, etc.
