Dishes - by hand - at LEAST daily, if not after every meal.
Dishwasher - whenever it's full
Kitchen sink, counter tops - weekly, except spills are cleaned up as soon as possible
Vaccuuming - every 3 days (we have pets, so sometimes it's more than that)
Mopping - weekly, unless there are spills, then those are cleaned as soon as possible
Bathroom - weekly
Sheets - weekly
Laundry - whenever there is enough for at least one full load, always separate colors and darks (unless you want your colors to get dingy) I usually do laundry every weekend - because I don't have time during the week, but by the weekend, we have 2 full color loads and one full whites load.
Inside of microwave and stove - monthly if needed
DUSTING - I hate it, so I avoid it, but I would do it monthly
other things can be done less frequently - like emptying and scrubbing all the cabinets, emptying and cleaning out the refridgerator, waxing wood furniture or floors if need be. the items listed at the top of my list are the essentials. A good rule fo thumb for me (doens't work on my husband) if it looks dirty, CLEAN IT.

Once a week i do the dusting and vacuuming. (more if there are pets). The bathrooms get the big clean once a week or maybe a bit longer. The reason the bathroom can stay clean for so long is because i always keep those throw away bathroom cleaning wipes handi for the toilets and sinks, and i always use shower spray after each shower. I wipe the toilets and sinks down about every other day or so - it is quick and only takes about 30 seconds per bathroom!!!
I dust the walls and ceilings once a month.
I mop floors about 1 or 2 times a month unless I have heavy traffic making their own meals in the kitchen - then mop once a week minimum!
I always wipe kitchen counters down once a day behind all appliances, and under everything kept on counters. (Also, after each use)
I wipe the front of all kitchen cabinets once a month or so. About once every 6 months I wipe down the insides of all kitchen cabinets - dishes and food!
It all depends on how many people live in the home, when I live alone - these numbers change quite a bit!!!!

I have to do most things while my husband is home because I have three kids who need constant attention LOL. He goes to work at 2:45 pm so most everything is done before then.
When I wake up I do the kids baths and clean the bath tub while the last kid dries off. Bathtub is daily. I bring the towels down to the laudry room and while there I throw in a load of laundry. I then make beds. Make breakfast, do dishes and wash baby bottles sweep kitchen. Swap laundry from washer to dryer. Make lunch at noon, and clean that up.
I do a lot of these things at nap time. Dusting is every Saturday. mopping kitchen and bathroom every Sunday along with cleaning sinks and toilet.I do my baking on Sunday. I vaccuume the floors every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Wash windows every other Saturday. This is pretty much the only things I do on a schedule. It helps to have a calendar for chores.

Take a weekend and get everybody in touch to get the domicile into shape. as quickly because it somewhat is sparkling, then shop to a schedule. retaining a house sparkling is easier than cleansing a grimy domicile. I shop lysol wipes decrease than the bathing room sink to do speedy sparkling ups. you additionally can pour bleach interior the lavatories in the previous you go away for the day so as that they are common to swab out once you get domicile..in case you have animals that could get into the lavatory, (or youngsters) close the lid and close the bathing room door. i'm slightly a sparkling freak....Monday I wash all the laundry from the weekend (finally ends up being 4-5 plenty in a great front loader), scrub down all the bogs, vacuum, mop, and sparkling out the kitchen truly nicely. to maintain up for something of the week, I wipe surfaces down when I observe they are grimy. I Microwave a bowl of lemon water to maintain it smelling sparkling another day, and run a speedy vacuum over the carpets and tile another day besides. Friday, I make confident all the laundry is complete, exchange and wash sheets, towels and mop the flooring. i understand that each and every person weekend i'll be working around and not have time to scrub something, if I initiate out sparkling then on Monday it somewhat isn't any longer one in each and every of those headache.

For your grandmother, an elderly adult is usually pretty tidy already. So, once a week for house cleaning and laundry. Split it up 2 days if you like. Dishes after each meal is better to keep the little creatures away.
