Just keep eating and eating and don't exersice. Then you'll have a great big butt. lol. jk. You can try some bum firming exercises, these can actually lift your bum, and it might look a bit bigger. Really, I think unless you're born with a bit of "junk in the trunk" it's kinda hard to make it bigger. You can actually buy underwear that has little cushions in the bum to make it appear a bit rounder, that might be what you're looking for.
