How do you do gel infills?

Can anyone offer any basic help, do you just file down the gel and basically start again rebuilding the gel to the same level as the rest of the nail?

you can do it that way after filing and buffing but id recommend a professional

Its not as easy as that,you need a nail technician course to do them professionally,otherwise they will look a mess.
