Draft a qb, rb, rebuild the o-line? Cut Moss and Porter?

1. Find a Offensive Coordinator who isn't completely useless.
2. Find a Quarterback, doesn't have to be by draft, but we need someone new.
3. Revamp the O'line, through late round draft picks, make it an open competition for starting spots.
4. Find a stud Runnning Back, Lamont Jordan is lost, he isn't the back we'd hoped he be. I'm inclined to say draft Adrian Peterson.
5. Get rid of Moss and Porter, you don't need big named recievers to be successful.
If Troy Smith is around in the Second Round, as he is projected right now I would take him wiht the 33rd pick.
This is in no way an exhaustive list, unforunately. I am a big Raider fan and these last few years have been killing me.

1. Fire Art Shell and his entire staff.
2. Cut Moss. He is a cancer and destroys teams.
3. Draft a stud RB like Portis.
4. Rebuild O-Line Admit Gallery is a bust.
I'm a Bronco fan and don't really like helping the Raiders but what the hell, Happy New Year.

Making sure John Shoop is no longer calling the plays. He ruined the Bears under Dick Jauron. Third and long and his call was always a 3 yard screen pass. Every time it failed.

Draft Brady Quinn 1st overall, wait three or four years, go through 2 more coaches, then be happy being mediocre.

fire John Schoop would be the first thing i would do ..he has NO clue on how to run an offense ruin yes, like he did with the Bears, and they still are paying for it,,and will be until they can get a decent QB.
